These Terms of Service explain the rules for using periish.lol, including accounts, profiles, uploads, usernames, purchases, and platform safety.

By creating an account, using periish.lol, or accessing any part of the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use periish.lol.

1. About periish.lol

periish.lol is a profile customization and link-in-bio service that lets users create public profile pages, share links, upload content, and customize how their profile appears.

Your profile can be public and accessible to anyone with your link. You are responsible for what you publish, upload, link to, or otherwise make available through your account.

2. Accounts and Access

You can access periish.lol using supported login methods, such as third-party login providers or email and password registration. If you use email login, you are required to verify your email address before using certain features.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure, keeping your account information accurate, and for all activity that happens under your account. You must not share your login credentials, sell access to your account, or allow another person to use your account unless explicitly permitted by periish.lol.

Each individual can create and control a maximum of two accounts unless explicitly authorized by periish.lol. Creating extra accounts to bypass limits, enforcement actions, bans, payment restrictions, username rules, or other platform safeguards is prohibited.

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, merge, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk for the platform, or appear to be used for abuse, evasion, fraud, or other harmful activity.

3. Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use periish.lol.

If the laws of your country require you to be older than 13 to use online services without parental consent, you must meet that age requirement or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

periish.lol is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly allow children under 13 to use the service.

4. User Content

You are responsible for all content you add to periish.lol, including profile text, links, images, audio, badges, uploads, customization, and any other content connected to your account.

By uploading or publishing content on periish.lol, you confirm that you own the content or have permission to use it, and that your content does not violate the law, these Terms, or the rights of another person or business.

You keep ownership of your content. However, by adding content to periish.lol, you give periish.lol a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, display, resize, optimize, and deliver that content as needed to operate the service. This includes showing your content on your profile and serving it to visitors.

If you remove content from your profile, we will stop displaying it publicly where reasonably possible. Some copies can remain temporarily in backups, caches, logs, or systems used for security, legal compliance, or service integrity.

We reserve the right to remove, restrict, or disable content that violates these Terms, creates legal risk, harms the service, or puts users at risk.

5. Prohibited Content and Activity

You must not use periish.lol for illegal, abusive, harmful, deceptive, or exploitative content or activity.

This includes content or activity involving scams, phishing, malware, spam, harassment, threats, hate, impersonation, stolen content, intellectual property infringement, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual sexual content, extreme violence, terrorism, self-harm promotion, fraud, or attempts to deceive users.

You must not interfere with or abuse periish.lol systems. This includes using bots, scripts, automation, fake engagement, mass account creation, scraping, vulnerability testing without permission, denial-of-service activity, rate-limit bypassing, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, or attempts to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access.

We reserve the right to remove content, reset analytics, restrict features, reclaim usernames, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate access if we believe these Terms have been violated or if action is needed to protect periish.lol, its users, or its systems.

6. Usernames, Aliases, Badges, and Limited Assets

Usernames, aliases, UIDs, badges, marketplace items, and other limited assets are part of periish.lol. Unless we explicitly say otherwise, buying or receiving them gives you access within periish.lol, not ownership outside the service.

Usernames, aliases, and badges must not be misleading, impersonate others, or create confusion with people, brands, staff, official periish.lol assets, or official periish.lol badges.

Custom badges must not copy, imitate, or closely resemble official periish.lol badges, including staff, verification, product, or platform badges.

Aliases can be transferred unless restricted by periish.lol. Fees, limits, or requirements may apply based on alias usage. You must not use transfers, extra accounts, or related accounts to avoid fees, limits, or platform safeguards.

We may rename, reclaim, restrict, remove, block, reverse, or review limited assets if they violate these Terms, create confusion, are obtained through abuse, are used to avoid fees or limits, or are connected to inactive, suspended, or terminated accounts.

7. Custom Domains

Custom domains are a paid or limited feature that lets a domain route to periish.lol profiles.

If you use a custom domain mode that routes only to your own profile, the domain can point directly to your profile as intended.

If you use a shared custom domain mode that allows other users to route their profiles through your domain, you must not redirect the root domain to your own profile or otherwise configure the domain in a way that prevents visitors from reaching the normal periish.lol registration, routing, or profile flow.

We may disable, restrict, or change custom domain routing if the domain is misconfigured, creates user confusion, interferes with periish.lol, or is used to bypass platform rules.

8. Inactive Accounts

To keep usernames and limited assets available, accounts that remain inactive for an extended period can be reviewed.

An account can be considered inactive if it has not been accessed or meaningfully used for a long time, especially if the profile is empty, minimally configured, used only as a placeholder, or appears to exist mainly to reserve a username or asset.

We generally do not interfere with accounts that are clearly active, meaningfully customized, or legitimately used. However, we reserve the right to determine whether an account is active or inactive based on the account’s history, usage, customization, and platform integrity needs.

Inactive accounts can have usernames or limited assets reclaimed, released, or reassigned. In cases of prolonged inactivity, abuse, or policy violations, accounts can be restricted or removed.

9. Purchases, Credits, and Subscriptions

By making a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the information you provide is accurate.

Paid features are digital goods or service access provided through periish.lol. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, purchases give you access to the purchased feature within periish.lol and do not create ownership rights outside the service.

Prices, products, features, and availability can change at any time. Changes do not affect purchases already completed, except where required for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or platform integrity.

Some products are subscriptions. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past or current billing periods unless required by law or explicitly stated by periish.lol.

10. Refunds and Chargebacks

All purchases are final and non-refundable unless a refund is required by law or explicitly approved by periish.lol.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for change of mind, unused features, accidental purchases, partial use, account violations, or loss of access caused by a violation of these Terms.

If there is a payment error or billing issue, contact [email protected] so we can review it.

Chargebacks, payment disputes, or payment reversals made without a valid reason can result in removal of purchased features, account restrictions, suspension, or termination. We also reserve the right to restrict future purchases from accounts, payment methods, or related users involved in payment abuse.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

periish.lol uses or connects with third-party services, such as login providers, payment providers, hosting providers, storage providers, analytics tools, and other services needed to operate the platform.

Your use of third-party services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. periish.lol is not responsible for third-party services, websites, content, policies, security, or actions.

Profiles can contain links to third-party websites. You are responsible for the links you share. We reserve the right to remove links that violate these Terms, appear unsafe, or create risk for users.

12. Privacy

Your use of periish.lol is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, and what rights you have over your data.

By using periish.lol, you agree that we process information as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Intellectual Property

periish.lol, including its design, branding, software, systems, features, graphics, logos, and platform content, is owned by periish.lol or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, exploit, or create derivative works from periish.lol or its systems unless allowed by law or explicitly permitted by periish.lol.

These Terms do not give you ownership of periish.lol, its software, its branding, or any platform asset that is not your own user content.

14. Service Availability

periish.lol is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We try to keep the service stable and available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be online, error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

Features can be changed, added, limited, suspended, or removed at any time. We also perform maintenance, apply limits, or restrict access where needed for security, reliability, legal compliance, or platform integrity.

You are responsible for keeping your own backups of content that is important to you. periish.lol is not responsible for lost, deleted, corrupted, or unavailable user content except where required by law.

15. Termination

You can stop using periish.lol at any time.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account, content, purchases, or access to the service if you violate these Terms, create risk for the platform, fail to pay required fees, abuse payments or chargebacks, infringe rights, harm other users, or if action is required for legal, security, operational, or platform integrity reasons.

After termination, your right to use periish.lol ends immediately. Sections of these Terms that should reasonably continue after termination, including payment obligations, ownership rules, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and enforcement rights, will continue to apply.

16. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, periish.lol is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will meet your expectations, remain available, be free from errors, or that any defects will be corrected.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, periish.lol will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or similar damages, including lost data, lost revenue, lost profits, loss of goodwill, or loss caused by use of or inability to use the service.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded, periish.lol’s total liability for claims related to the service will be limited to the amount you paid to periish.lol in the twelve months before the claim, or 100 EUR, whichever is greater.

Some laws do not allow certain limitations. In those cases, the limitations apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

17. Indemnity

If your content, account activity, purchases, misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or violation of another party’s rights causes claims, losses, damages, fees, or expenses against periish.lol, you agree to be responsible for those costs to the extent permitted by law.

This includes reasonable legal costs where applicable.

18. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we will make a reasonable effort to notify users, such as by posting a notice on periish.lol or updating the date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of periish.lol after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the service.
